In order for the coaches to be able to focus 100% on their jobs as coaches, one parent is required to assist the coaches as team manager.
The team manager is responsible for setting the pre-season meeting, establishing contact list, maintaining list of tournaments, facilitating the selection of tournaments to participate in, collecting additional dollars for tournament costs picking up equipment, practice schedule, uniforms and player passes, attending all practices and games, collecting equipment at end of season, and providing other assistance as identified and needed by the coaches.
