Shakopee Tournament info

The brackets are posted for the Shakopee tournament. Here’s our schedule (we’re Girls U12 Silver; Bracket A):

Friday 5/18 @ 6:10 pm vs TRSA Dynamite – field 3A; Shakopee Soccer Complex (2250 17^th Ave E Shakopee – map attached) – WEAR WHITE, BRING BLUE

Saturday 5/19 @ 5:20 pm vs Rochester Lightning – field 3B; Shakopee Soccer Complex – WEAR BLUE, BRING WHITE

Sunday 5/20 @ 11:30 am vs Shakopee Sabers Ceola – field 16; Shakopee Senior High (100 17^th Ave W Shakopee – map attached) – WEAR WHITE, BRING BLUE

Game or practice changes due to weather

Field Closing Hotline... 952-447-9825

Last minute changes due to weather will happen. The only way I have to determine if we will postpone a game is if the fields are closed (Field closing hotline 952-447-9825). Otherwise the referee will determine if we play. Which requires both teams to be present and ready to play.

Practices on the other hand can be changed by us. I will do my best at sending out an email atleast one hour ahead of time if we cancel practice. If the fields are closed I will send it out as soon as I know. However you may also check the field closing hotline.

The Team Page is OFFICIALLY up and running....here

PLEASE SHARE with your daughter. We will keep game scores and hopefully have some pictures updated during the season!

I will NOT be sending weekly emails out about practices and games. Everyone must check the Team Page for current/updated information. If there is an urgent email that needs to get out, I will send my usual mass email to everyone. The calendar has an iCal link which allows the calendar sync to outlook, google calendar, etc. The google calendar link is here.

IMPORTANT GAME INFORMATION:

Always arrive to your game 30 minutes early. Be Prompt and Ready to go.
Home games wear blue jersey/blue socks. Away games wear white jersey/white socks. BRING BOTH JERSEYS AND SOCKS TO EVERY GAME. No exceptions.
Leave ALL jewelry at home.
Bring plenty of water.

Email or Text Skylar if your child will be missing a game or practice. You will find his email address and cell phone number on the team contact info spreadsheet Shanna sent out last week.
